Returns and Exchanges
All 3 Dog Pet Supply products are guaranteed for quality and craftsmanship. We design and build our own dog beds and car seat protector products and take great pride in the choice of materials and construction techniques. We stand behind these products and base our reputation on them.
If you are not satisfied with one of your 3 Dog Pet Supply products you can return it for an exchange, credit, or full refund of the merchandise purchase price, as long as you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please note: personalized items are not eligible for returns.
How to return or exchange an item
- Email us at info@3dogpetsupply.com or call 888-336-4877 within 30 days of delivery and let us know what you would like to return or exchange.
- We will email you a prepaid return shipping label, which you can download and print at home.
- Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop the parcel off with the carrier.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The prepaid label we provide costs a flat $19.95, which is deducted from your refund or exchange credit.
Restocking fees
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refund processing time
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we inspect it and process your refund, credit, or exchange within 24 hours. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the funds to your account.
