Shipping policy

 

We are committed to customer service and ship all orders Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM EST.

All orders received after 2:00pm EST will ship the following business day.
We are a small shop and assemble all dog beds onsite by hand.

We ship to Hawaii and Alaska but require the customer to pay the extra shipping costs. We will calculate the cost based on the location address and pass along. We do occasionally ship to Canada, Mexico, or internationally. Contact us at info@3dogpetsupply.com for more information.
